• The Astoria Group comprises the various companies owned and operated by the Shanahan family.
   
• The Group commenced its operations in the late 1950’s.
   
• In the 1980’s the operation of the business underwent a transformation with the induction of 4 of Mr. Shanahan’s 7 sons, who during that period completed their courses and practical experience in Architecture, Law and Building. In the late 1990’s the 4 sons were joined by 2 other siblings upon them attaining tertiary qualifications and practical experience in Real Estate and Business Management.
   
• The group prides itself on “in-house expertise” among its Directors.
   
• The group has generally retained ownership and day to day management of its properties. Past tenants have included;

• The group is involved in all property sectors and in all aspects of property, including pre-purchase due diligence, feasibility analysis, market analysis, project management and construction management.
   
• The Group has entered its 5th decade in the property industry.
